Sewing for the customer - contract sewing
At WEGET, we pride ourselves on our ability to produce high-quality garments from customer-supplied fabric. The fabric is often a personal choice, and therefore we are happy to accommodate the wishes of our customers in this regard. Once we have your fabric, we will begin the process of creating sample documentation for your garment. This process usually takes 3 to 5 weeks depending on the complexity of the garment. If you are a customer whose clothes we already know, we approach the production of your clothes directly. The production line operates within group units and forms the so-called modular production system. Under this system, sewing operators work as a team. Thus, several workers form a group where an individual does not sew only one operation, but each member sews several operations. In a modular system, operators help each other to finish the garment, and the team is also fully responsible for quality and production. The advantage of this system is that it can quickly respond to changes in demand or fashion trends. For example, if a new style becomes popular, the team can quickly retrain to produce that style of clothing. In addition, the modular system allows garment manufacturers to produce a wide variety of garments with a limited number of employees. As a result, the modular production system is a flexible and efficient way to produce garments.
